We are scheduling essential maintenance on our billing system (order.cwcs.co.uk) we currently estimate this to take around 60 minutes to complete. During this time it will not be possible to raise any tickets with our support teams, please call 0808 1 333 247 if you require any technical assistance.

Network Maintenance - DCN2

As part of our continual improvement plan, we are will be upgrading our border router with CenturyLink in DCN2.

Description of work

rt04-dcn2 will be replaced with new hardware to increase available memory capacity

Anticipated impact

Traffic will be redirected away from our CenturyLink transit, so minimal impact to customer is anticipated. During the work we will have reduced redundancy in DCN2, so network connectivity should be considered 'at risk'.

Urgent Network Maintenance - DCN2 - 04/10/2019, scheduled 2 weeks ago

Description of work

CWCS intends to perform urgent maintenance overnight to reboot of one of our DCN2 core routers (rt04-dcn2).

Anticipated impact

Due to redundancy built into the network, we don't anticipate any impact to customer traffic, however their will be reduced redundancy for customers with servers in DCN2 or hosted on Supreme Cloud, so connectivity should be considered to be at 'at risk' for the duration of the maintenance.
