Network Core Network - Potential Increased Latency

Our monitoring systems have alerted us to an issue affecting our LINX edge router at our Telehouse POP. Customers may have seen an increase in latency between 16:45 and 17:00 (UTC+1). The problem is now rectified and we are continuing to monitor the situation.
