The problem was resolved overnight by fibre engineers and the circuit brought back into service at 02:05 12/06/2018. We apologise for the delay in updating this.
We have identified a fault with one of our redundant backhaul connections to our London POP which was causing intermittent periods of increased latency for traffic over LINX and NTT. This backhaul connection has been disabled while we work with the provider to correct the problem.
CWCS apologises for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We have temporarily disabled connections at our London POP while we investigate the fault. Customers should now see that traffic has stabilised.
Our monitoring systems have alerted us to an fault affecting our core network - we are currently investigating. Connectivity to services in DCN1 and DCN2 may be intermittently affected, we apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing.
