The circuit is now back up but is not yet in service. We will monitor the stability for a while longer. We do not anticipate any further customer impact.
Our monitoring systems have alerted us to an fault affecting a backhaul circuit between DCN1 and our Telehouse POP which began at 17:21 BST.
We have redirect traffic away from the affected circuit and are working with the provider to resolve the fault.
