The problem was resolved at 11:23. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We became aware of a routing looping within our routing tables, and steps were taken to resolve these. Configuration changes were applied to the routers to remove the faults, however, this resulted in an unexpected error due to a mismatched configuration. We isolated the router and distributed the traffic across our infrastructure.
We are continuing to investigate the issue, and the underlying fault. We do not anticipate any further network issues, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
