Shared Hosting Mail and Plesk Unavailable - Issue Detected

== Update 14/01/2017 at 16:15pm== The issue affecting mail has now been resolved, following initial tests by our engineers we believe service to be fully restored. If you are still experiencing issues with your mail service please contact our support department who will be able to assist.
