The issue has now been fully resolved and normal server has resumed.

We have restarted some services and are currently monitoring the situation, the issue appears to prevent people from email responses to raised tickets. We are running some tests and will update the status shortly.

The support ticket system is currently unavailable, we are investigating this with our system administrators and hope to have this service resumed shortly.
