We have bypassed a router which was identified as the root cause of the issue. This has returned latency to normal.
Unfortunately some customers may have experienced a loss in connectivity lasting up to 5 minutes at 13:53 when the affected device was removed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We are currently experiencing some network latency at our DCN2 facility. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Connectivity to servers within this facility may be intermittently affected, we apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing.
