We are performing an upgrade on our Cloud platform on the morning of Saturday, 14th September. This upgrade should be completely transparent and we do not anticipate it affecting the Cloud service.

CWCS Core Network - Backhaul Fault

The circuit is now back up but is not yet in service. We will monitor the stability for a while longer. We do not anticipate any further customer impact.

Our monitoring systems have alerted us to an fault affecting a backhaul circuit between DCN1 and our Telehouse POP which began at 17:21 BST.

We have redirect traffic away from the affected circuit and are working with the provider to resolve the fault.

We will provide updates regarding this issue as they become available.
