The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

Scheduled

We would like to inform you of an upcoming change freeze in our operations:

  • Start Time: 00:00 Monday, 16th December
  • End Time: 00:00 Monday, 6th January

During this period, CWCS will not implement any changes to our infrastructure unless it is:

  1. Required to resolve a critical issue.
  2. Necessary for the provisioning of new services to customers.

Please note that this change freeze only applies to CWCS's internal operations. Customers can still request changes to their services as usual, as our support desk will remain fully operational during this time.
